When you join my email list or download a free guide: your name and email address.
When you book a call: your name, email address, and anything you choose to share in the booking form.
When you email me: your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
When you visit the site: basic, non-identifying information like your browser type and the pages you visit, collected automatically through cookies by my website platform.

To schedule and hold coaching calls
To answer your questions
To understand how people use the site so I can improve it

I never sell or rent your personal information.

I rely on a few trusted tools to run this business, and they handle your information on my behalf:

Coaching conversations

What you share with me in coaching sessions stays confidential. I don't share it with anyone, including your employer, unless you ask me to or the law requires it.

Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing me. If you live in California, you may have additional rights under California law, and I'm happy to help you use them.

This site and my services are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
