OUT OF OFFICE

I've built my career in HR and talent acquisition, at global firms and scrappy startups, and I'm still in it every day. I’ve run calibration sessions, coached managers through hard conversations, and been the person everyone brings their problems to, so I know exactly what this job asks of you. I also know how easy it is to take care of everyone else and lose track of yourself. Out of Office is where women in HR step back, catch their breath, and decide what they want next.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth.

Figure out your next move

Whether it's an internal promotion, a new company, or a whole new direction, we'll make a plan and get your resume and interview skills ready for it.

For when you're ready for a change

Grow into leadership

Step into a bigger role, earn your seat at the table, and lead with confidence instead of second-guessing every move.

For when you're ready for more

Recover from burnout

Get your energy back, set boundaries that actually hold, and remember what you like about your work, or figure out that it's time for something new.

For when you're running on empty

My story

Why I do this work

Modern Office Workspace

I know HR from the inside

The hard conversations, the confidential weight you carry, the feeling of always being on. I've lived all of it.

I've made my own pivot

After a long run at one company, I found myself job searching in the middle of COVID. On paper, I was doing everything right. I was a top performer, and I still had no idea what came next.

How I coach

I listen closely and ask the questions that help you see things clearly. Then we turn what you figure out into real, doable next steps.

Giving back

I volunteer with organizations that help underserved young people get their careers started, from writing their first resume to walking into their first interview.

Re: You

You’ve earned some time out of office. Let’s make it count.
